Project Site Engineer (2 Openings)

Experience: Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
- Ensure quality control by regularly inspecting project sites
- Address any issues or delays in the construction process
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed on site
- Delegating tasks, scheduling meetings & training sessions when it is deemed necessary
- Prepare regular reports for relevant stakeholders regarding project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management
- Proficient in engineering software tools
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
